The Instant Feedback System™ enables researchers to efficiently anticipate, prompt, and document outcomes for each treatment during each visit. The multi-spectral System can synchronously re-play data and images recorded in real-time, including the wavelength from the Vari-Chrome® Pro, thermal images, 4K x HDR monochrome images, and other electronic sensors.

The Instant Feedback System™ records wavelength and frequency in every image during therapy to unravel the mysteries that become visible at different wavelengths.
For the first time, operators can easily observe fresh exudates as they enter a previously non-healing wound. Exudates are barely visible in red but appear dark in yellow or green wavelengths. For moist wounds, exudates begin to appear within the first 4 minutes.

Learning from Real-time Recordings
PhotoMed's team began its pioneering trek by examining warming of painfully cold limbs. The people endured years of impairment associated with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS or RSD), Raynaud's syndrome, diabetic neuropathy other central/peripheral disorders. By examining responses based upon warming, the responses were the same irrespective of the cause of coldness. Today, we recognize that the responses mark the return-toward-normal function.
This example illustrates the utility of objective feedback that becomes available within a 3-minute cycle. Treatments can typically be stopped after the practitioner observes a rise in temperature.
Tx1-Tx3 were different colors applied to the same location. Tx4 was the Tx3 color applied to a different location. Tx4 parameters had previously been found to frequently prompt the warming. This experiment tested fully intentional treatments that did not "work" before trying the setting thought to be more effective. These methods enabled our team to reduce the galaxy of possible adjustment choices to a mere handful.
